Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience in designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Comfort with virtual instruction platforms and online teaching tools

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous 1:1 teaching experience is beneficial but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, high-quality virtual instruction for a 5th-grade student (approx. 2 hours per week)
