Job Requirements\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing or acute care nursing experience required
- Strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced boarding or emergency department support setting
- Current clinical competency in medical-surgical nursing practices
- Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements prior to start
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

- Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring Med/Surg level support
- Assist with ongoing emergency department boarding needs

- Follow established protocols, safety standards, and unit procedures
