Job Requirements\n

  • At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing or acute care nursing experience required

  • Strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced boarding or emergency department support setting
  • \n

  • Current clinical competency in medical-surgical nursing practices
  • \n

  • Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements prior to start
  • \n

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
  • \n

Responsibilities\n

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring Med/Surg level support
  • \n

  • Assist with ongoing emergency department boarding needs
  • \n

  • Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes promptly
  • \n

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to support safe patient flow
  • \n

  • Deliver compassionate care while maintaining efficiency in a busy clinical environment
  • \n

  • Follow established protocols, safety standards, and unit procedures
