Qualifications:
- Current, active New Hampshire BCBA licensure
- Proven experience working with students diagnosed with selective mutism
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Adept at engaging in interdisciplinary meetings and providing consultative support
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately six hours per week of direct behavioral services to assigned students
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators and support teams to facilitate student success
- Complete administrative documentation and participate in regular team meetings
- Maintain ethical and professional standards while engaging with students and staff
