In this role, you will be embedded within a high performing Data Science and AI Engineering department. This team focuses on advanced machine learning, generative AI, and autonomous agent technologies. You will be responsible for leading technical initiatives from the initial planning stages through to full scale implementation, ensuring all projects align with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
Oversee the full lifecycle of AI and data science initiatives by managing scope, schedules, and budgets.
\n
Act as the bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity.
\n
Facilitate all agile rituals including daily stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
\n
Translate complex technical AI concepts into actionable roadmaps for non technical leadership.
\n
Proactively identify project risks and navigate ambiguity to keep delivery on track.
\n
Foster a collaborative environment across diverse product focused teams.
\n
\n
Candidate Requirements
\n
\n
A completed Bachelor degree is required.
\n
Minimum of 4 years of experience working within a technical environment, which may include professional, research, or academic settings.
\n
At least 2 years of direct experience managing projects specifically within the fields of Data Science or Artificial Intelligence.
\n
Proven track record of managing technical projects using Agile methodologies.
\n
Strong proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
\n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Business field.
\n
Deep understanding of the latest trends in generative AI and emerging technology frameworks.
\n
Strong organizational leadership skills and an outcome oriented mindset.
