Required Skills:

- Valid physical therapist license for Massachusetts\n\t
- Experience in skilled nursing or similar settings preferred\n\t
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills\n\t
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities\n\t
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team\n

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or higher\n\t
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred\n\t
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload\n

- No additional certifications required, but licensing must be current and valid\n\t
