About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Everett, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training and supervising Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to identify client goals and develop individualized treatment plans

Develop and implement behavioral interventions to address client goals

Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans

Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans

Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
