About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Everett, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training and supervising Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. As a BCBA with Champions ABA - MA, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client goals and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Develop and implement behavioral interventions to address client goals

  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans

  • Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
