Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role at our outpatient treatment center, specializing in evidence-based programs tailored for young adults aged 18 to 30. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that allow clients to connect with peers, share experiences, and learn valuable coping strategies within a safe environment.

  • Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized therapy sessions that focus on exploring clients’ thoughts and feelings, helping them to develop actionable plans for change.

  • Collaborating on Treatment Plans: Work alongside clients to establish individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences, ensuring they are actively involved in their healing process.

  • Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to regularly evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly for optimal outcomes.

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse population of young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • A valid and active LMHC license in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
