$35–$38/hour | PRN
Help residents make progress with the tasks that shape their day. Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Pleasant Valley in Derry, NH, supporting personalized occupational therapy care in a skilled nursing rehabilitation environment.
What You'll Do

Carry out the supervising Occupational Therapist's treatment plan through functional activities and guided practice.

Help residents develop skills for dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.

Incorporate prescribed activities that address upper-extremity function, coordination, and tolerance for daily routines.

Reinforce adaptive equipment use and techniques that help residents complete tasks with greater safety and independence.

Share observations about progress, assistance needs, and treatment tolerance with the OT.

Maintain accurate session documentation and work with nursing and rehab staff to reinforce therapy strategies throughout daily care.

Qualifications

Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.
