Key Responsibilities\n

- Complete all necessary documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that clinical records are accurate and up to date.
- Utilize screening tools and methodologies as part of the clinical team to monitor and enhance patient progress.
- Facilitate open communication with local and state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and resources effectively.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and other learning opportunities—this includes potentially gaining licensure in Massachusetts if coming from another state.
- Participate actively in all licensing processes and maintain awareness of accreditation standards to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and support shared goals within the organization.
