Key Responsibilities\n

  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and other learning opportunities—this includes potentially gaining licensure in Massachusetts if coming from another state.

  • Participate actively in all licensing processes and maintain awareness of accreditation standards to ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and support shared goals within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Heredia Counseling Center, your client base will include individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
