Job DescriptionLocum Non-Invasive Cardiologist needed in Vermont.
Practice Setting: Outpatient Cardiology Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level IV Dates of Coverage: Starting in October 2026 Schedule: 3-5 days a week Call Schedule: None Patient Age Demographic: (Neonate, Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric): Adult Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 16 Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 0 Total Number of Beds: 61 Number of ICU Beds: 0 Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Echocardiography Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1 currently but they are retiring in October. The site partners with a local hospital to assist with ECHO and EKG reads No other Cardiologists will be present. Supervision Required?: Yes, will collaborate with 2 APRNs Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Open to Candidates needing to obtain VT License. Requirements: BC/BE Cardiology, CPR Certification, DEA (Must be obtained prior to start), ACLS & BLS (AHA) Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months but can do it sooner if needed $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
