Maintenance Technician – 200+ Unit Apartment Community&nbsp; Pay: $24–27/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM On-Call: Every other week We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a 200+ unit apartment community, focusing on unit turnovers and general maintenance. Experience with heat pumps and appliances is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Complete service requests and general repairs (appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) </li>
<li>Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness </li>
<li>Maintain property grounds, including basic landscaping and trash removal </li>
<li>Respond to on-call maintenance needs and emergencies </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of maintenance experience </li>
<li>Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, or carpentry </li>
<li>Basic computer/tablet skills </li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and handle on-call rotation</li>
