Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 public school setting in Florence, MA. This contract position runs through the current school year and offers the option for flexible scheduling, including part-time hours outside of the regular school day to complete compensatory services.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students across grades K-12
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school policies and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with credentials including CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently
- Flexibility to provide services outside traditional school hours for compensatory needs
Location: Florence, MA
