Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming

Support safe walking, transfers, and mobility

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Encourage social interaction and provide companionship

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Communicate changes in clients' health or care needs to the team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
