We are looking for a dedicated to providing healthcare organizations with top-tier talent. We are currently seeking an experienced LTC Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to provide strong clinical leadership within our long-term care community in Boston, MA 02128. This full-time day shift position (9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday) offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high standards of resident care.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $53-$55/hour (based on experience and licensure)
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care

Coordinate daily staffing needs, schedules, and unit workflow

Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, DPH standards, and facility policies
-
Review and monitor resident care plans, documentation, and clinical records
-
Communicate regularly with physicians, residents, and family members regarding care needs and updates
-
Evaluate nursing practices and support continuous quality improvement initiatives

Assist with infection control protocols, QAPI programs, and other performance initiatives
-
Provide leadership, mentorship, and training for nursing staff

Participate in management meetings and help prepare the unit for regulatory surveys
Qualifications:
-
Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts in good standing

Minimum 2-3 years of long-term care experience required

Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge of CMS guidelines, DPH requirements, and the MDS process

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (PCC experience preferred)
