Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center | Derry, NH $45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. You'll help residents regain movement after illness or injury and make progress toward the activities that are important to them.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>
Assess residents' mobility and create goals based on their needs
</li>
<li>
Provide treatment to improve walking, balance, strength, and transfers
</li>
<li>
Reassess progress and adapt treatment throughout each resident's stay
</li>
<li>
Keep clear records and coordinate care with nursing and other clinicians
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
