📍 Southern New Hampshire – Concord • Manchester • Nashua

💲 $7,500 sign‑on bonus

We’re supporting a highly respected New England health system in hiring a Senior/Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist for their outpatient clinic STAT laboratories. This is a great fit for an experienced generalist looking for day‑shift stability, leadership responsibility, and a collaborative team culture.

🔬 What You’ll Do

• Perform moderate‑ and high‑complexity testing

• Lead QC/QA efforts and ensure regulatory compliance

• Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain lab instrumentation

• Support training, competency, and workflow improvements

• Provide technical leadership across three clinic locations

🧭 Schedule

• Full‑time, 40 hrs/week

• Primarily Monday–Friday days

• Every 3rd–4th weekend

• Rotation between Concord, Manchester & Nashua (schedule provided in advance)

🧪 Testing Areas

Chemistry • Hematology • Limited Coagulation • Urinalysis • Sweat Chlorides • LIAT Respiratory Panels

(No Blood Bank or Microbiology)

💼 Requirements

• MLS / MT / CLS / MLT background

• ASCP preferred at hire; required within 12 months

• At least 3 years of experience with a strong generalist foundation

• Experience with QC, training, or leadership

💰 Compensation

• CLS V (Senior): $34.73–$53.00/hr

• $7,500 sign‑on/retention bonus
