What You'll Be Doing (And Crushing):

Removing and labeling cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware

Protecting kitchens and surrounding areas like a pro

Cleaning, degreasing, and sanding cabinets for a smooth, flawless finish

Masking with precision so every job looks clean and professional

Applying top-quality finishes using an airless sprayer

Communicating with homeowners, answering questions, and representing the company well

Identifying materials needed to keep the job moving efficiently

Repairing small imperfections and prepping surfaces to perfection

Inspecting completed work to ensure high-quality results

Maintaining tools and spray equipment daily

Updating the team and CRM with project progress

Jumping in to help with any other tasks needed on-site

Experience with residential painting (airless sprayer) and willing to learn even more

Light carpentry experience is a plus

Strong power tool knowledge

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Great communication and customer-service skills

Able to lift/carry 20 lbs
