\n Join the Orleans Essex Visiting Nurses Association & Hospice as an RN-Home Health in Orleans Essex, VT. This role requires 2 years of experience, a VT or compact license, BLS certification, OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience, and home health and hospice experience. You must be able to travel from patient to patient for home visits, manage and adjust to changes in schedule, and have a driver's license in good standing.
