Exciting opportunities are available for skilled ABA Technicians to support students in dedicated school settings near Concord, NH for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract role spans August 2026 through June 2027 and offers a rewarding chance to contribute to an evidence-based program specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for middle and intermediate school students.
As part of a renowned collaborative program, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of students in grades 5-8. Full-time positions run Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Two roles support students at a middle school (grades 7/8), while one position serves at an intermediate school (grades 5/6). The intermediate role is particularly suited for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and offers the valuable opportunity to receive supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience as an ABA Technician, Behavior Specialist, RBT, or similar role
- Background working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting
- Experience implementing behavior plans and ABA techniques strongly desired
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative communication style
- Effective data collection and progress monitoring skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to students, implementing individualized behavioral interventions
- Assist classroom teachers in supporting positive behavior and learning strategies
- Collect accurate data and participate in progress reviews
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and other support professionals
