Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Massachusetts
Overview
Looking to use your skills to support studentswithout the mute? Were hiring a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team and work with K12 students across Massachusetts. This fully online position offers the flexibility of working from home while still making a powerful impact. Youll provide individualized speech services through our secure teletherapy platform, collaborating with educators and families to help students reach their full potential.
What Youll Be Doing

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students speech, language, and munication abilities

Design and implement customized IEPs aligned with each student's goals and needs

Lead engaging therapy sessionsboth one-on-one and small groupusing interactive tools

Work closely with teachers, caregivers, and school teams to ensure well-rounded student support

Monitor progress and adapt therapy plans based on outes and feedback

Share your expertise in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful remendations for student success
What Were Looking For
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license
-
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
-
Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred (2+ years ideal)

Confident using teletherapy tools and fortable working in a digital environment

Excellent munication skills and a collaborative, student-first approach

A desktop or laptop that meets patibility requirements (Note: Tablets and Chromebooks wont work)

Willingness to plete a short tech screening to ensure your setup is ready to go
