Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an organized, personable Full-Time Hiring Assistant to support our home care recruiting and onboarding team in Billerica, MA.

What You'll Do

• Contact applicants by phone, email, and text to discuss employment opportunities.

• Assist with scheduling interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Help new hires complete onboarding paperwork and required documentation.

• Maintain accurate applicant records and track hiring progress.

• Support job postings, recruiting events, and outreach efforts.

• Work closely with the Hiring Manager and office team to meet staffing needs.

• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for every applicant.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and speaking with new people.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.

• Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and Microsoft Office.

• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Recruiting, administrative, staffing, or home care experience preferred.
