Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavior Specialist position is available in Somerville, MA, serving an elementary school setting with a focus on supporting preschool and kindergarten students aged 3 to 6 years old. This contract role runs from ASAP through June, with typical hours from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Massachusetts BCBA license
  • Experience working with early childhood populations, specifically within ASD programs, preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles in educational settings
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including school psychologists and special education staff
