Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client engagement and progress.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and practical self-care techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
- Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
- Stay informed on the latest research and developments concerning mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
