Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Commercial Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will apply your commercial contracting expertise to review agreements, perform redlines, and provide legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
- Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
- Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
- Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
- Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
- 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
- Experience in technology transactions is a plus.
