<p>Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional clinical care to residents at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Lebanon, NH. The RN will be responsible for the following:</p>

<li>Creating and updating individualized care plans</li>
<li>Administering medications and treatments as prescribed</li>
<li>Monitoring the health status of residents and responding swiftly to any changes</li>
<li>Overseeing the work of LPNs and CNAs</li>
<li>Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care</li>
<li>Providing education and support to residents and their families</li>
</ul>
<p>This position emphasizes a resident-centered approach that prioritizes dignity, respect, and safety. The RN will also be responsible for maintaining precise documentation and adhering to all clinical and regulatory guidelines.</p>
