Job Requirements\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with psychiatric or behavioral health experience
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in emergency nursing, behavioral health, or psychiatric care settings
- Strong patient assessment, communication, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a calm, compassionate, and professional manner
- Travel nursing experience is a plus

- Provide direct nursing care to patients with behavioral health and psychiatric needs
- Complete thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in clinical status

- Respond appropriately to changing patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
