Job Description:
The Department of Public Utilities is looking for a Paralegal for its Transportation Network Company Division.
The Department of Public Utilities is seeking a Paralegal to assist in data organization, records review, and legal support activities, including scheduling hearings with drivers, interpreters, and staff. Candidates should have prior experience as a paralegal, although certification is not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data organization and records management.
- Conduct records review and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide legal and administrative support to the Transportation Network Company Division.
- Coordinate and schedule hearings involving drivers, interpreters, and staff.
- Maintain organized case files and supporting documentation.
- Support departmental legal processes and administrative operations.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned work.
