Contribute your expertise and passion for positive behavior support by working with students as a Behavior Specialist or ABA Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This school-based opportunity is conveniently located near Manchester, NH, and is available on a full-time, contract basis from August 2026 through June 2027. There are immediate openings for 2-3 dedicated professionals eager to make a difference in a collaborative educational environment focused on student growth and well-being.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an ABA Technician, Behavior Specialist, or ABA Therapist in school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ABA techniques and the ability to implement behavior intervention plans
- Eligibility to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- For the Intermediate School position, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or capacity to receive BCBA supervision is welcome
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students in middle and intermediate grade levels, utilizing ABA strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and BCBA supervisors to deliver targeted interventions
- Collect data, monitor student progress, and maintain detailed records to track outcomes
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive behavioral change and academic success
- Foster supportive, respectful relationships that help students thrive
