Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead)
Location: Swanzey, NH
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team with the goal of transitioning into a QA Lead position. This role is ideal for someone with quality assurance experience who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and help support production and training initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with the current QA Lead during the transition period and play a key role in maintaining quality standards across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and audits to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality issues.
- Support production teams in maintaining quality standards and resolving non-conformance issues.
- Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor team members on quality processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production, training, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to quality team members as the role transitions into a QA Lead position.
Qualifications
- Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience required.
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or lead experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work across multiple shifts as needed.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
