Hardscape Foreman Wanted
Oasis Landscape Construction is looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a hardscape crew on residential and commercial projects
- Reading plans and laying out jobs accurately
- Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, stone walls, granite steps, cobblestone aprons, drainage systems, and outdoor living spaces
- Operating skid steers, compactors, saws, and other equipment
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
- Communicating with customers and management throughout projects
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hardscape experience preferred
- Experience leading and managing a crew
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Knowledge of excavation, grading, base preparation, and paver installation
- Ability to read plans and problem-solve in the field
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
