Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Pespisa Company is looking for a skilled Boiler / Furnace Installer to join our team in North Chelmsford, MA! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering reliable heating solutions to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Install residential and commercial boilers, furnaces, and related heating systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for proper system installation
- Connect gas, oil, or electric supply lines and ensure safe, code-compliant hookups
- Test and commission newly installed heating equipment for proper operation
- Perform startup diagnostics and calibrate controls, thermostats, and safety devices
- Perform annual preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
- Complete installation documentation, maintenance reports, and required paperwork accurately using Service Titan software
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience installing boilers, furnaces, or HVAC heating systems
- Knowledge of gas, oil, and hydronic heating systems
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Massachusetts
- MA Plumber's or Gas Fitter's License preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
