\n\nEmergency Room RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (NURSYS verification required)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience in acute care\n
• Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers not considered)\n
• Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications\n
• Flu vaccine required during season\n
• 2 recent manager or supervisor references in Emergency specialty\n
• Skills checklist matching Emergency specialty\n
• Valid driver’s license with address matching application demographics\n
• EMR experience preferred: EPIC\n

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department\n
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent medical conditions\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes\n
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and document nursing care accurately\n
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment in a busy ER setting\n
• Comply with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards\n
