Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, developing clear and actionable treatment plans tailored to each individual.
- Provide a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to create cohesive and integrated care strategies for clients.
- Utilize crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support and resources to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage actively in community outreach efforts, leading workshops and educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and increasing mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. Clients may present with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders. Understanding and recognizing the unique backgrounds of each client will be vital in fostering trust and establishing effective therapeutic relationships.
Qualifications\n

- A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Massachusetts.
- A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and build strong therapeutic rapport.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and an understanding of how to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
