Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a paraprofessional supporting students in a dynamic educational setting. Six positions are available, with roles ranging from one-on-one support to assisting within the classroom environment. This assignment offers consistent weekday hours aligned with middle and high school schedules and runs through June 16, 2027.

What You’ll Need:

Experience in school settings is preferred, but not required
Must present proof of high school diploma (no additional certification or higher education necessary)
Ability to work both independently and as part of an educational team
Flexibility to fill either 1:1 or classroom support roles as needed
Three completed professional references, including your most recent supervisor, required prior to interview

Your Responsibilities:

Provide academic and behavioral support to students, adapting assistance according to individualized plans and teacher guidance
Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment
Collaborate with teaching staff, helping to implement lessons and classroom routines
Support student inclusion and engagement in both small groups and one-on-one situations
Maintain confidentiality and uphold all school policies and standards
Communicate observations and student progress with educators

Additional Details:

Weekly commitment of 32.5 hours: Middle School (7:10am–2:10pm) or High School (7:30am–2:30pm), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 2027
