Key Qualifications:
- Current teaching certification with applicable Spanish endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with K-12 students in a general education setting
- Strong command of Spanish language, both written and verbal
- Excellent classroom management and communication abilities
- Creativity and adaptability to design engaging lessons for diverse age groups
- Previous teaching experience preferred, but enthusiastic new educators are encouraged to apply
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic Spanish language lesson plans tailored for grades K-12
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages language acquisition and cultural understanding
- Assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with faculty and families to support student success
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development throughout the year
