Key Responsibilities\n

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all records reflect the client's progress and treatment history.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to effectively monitor client outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive positive behavior support plans for clients, enhancing their therapeutic experience.
- Engage actively in agency licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of care.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure seamless support and access to services.
- Establish and sustain effective communication channels to meet contract standards, promoting the overall mission of Serenity Hope and Healing Counseling within the community.
- Build relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to advocate for our programs and secure additional partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Engage in continual professional development, attending conferences and training sessions to enhance your skills and represent the agency effectively.
- Promote and integrate the agency's core values and philosophies into daily practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the needs of the team and clients.
