Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC credential with ASHA
- State SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consultations
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
