Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring you establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries while fostering positive therapeutic relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, review appointment schedules, and determine appropriate discharge plans when applicable.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including thorough progress notes and assessments for each client.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients, gathering essential information that will inform their treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
