In this role, you'll work primarily with 3rd grade students in a resource room setting, providing both pull-out and push-in services. Start immediately and continue making an impact through the fall, wrapping up just before Thanksgiving.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts DESE Special Education Certification
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in 3rd grade
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to new settings and initiatives

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and support through both resource room (pull-out) teaching and classroom integration (push-in)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the student support team
• Track and document student progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
