Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  • A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

  • Minimum of four years of experience providing outpatient mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
