\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Massachusetts RN license (must be in hand prior to start)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience\n
• Registered Nurse Certification\n
• Ability to pass a Telemetry exam during orientation (passing score: 80%)\n
• Completion of required pre-start and orientation modules\n
• Education verification required prior to start\n
• Flu vaccination (with allowed exemptions)\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU\n
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced clinical procedures\n
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies\n
• Participate in ongoing education and orientation modules as required\n
• Provide coverage for every other weekend and holidays as scheduled\n
