Centre Realty Group is seeking a producing real estate team leader to grow and lead a high-performing team across our five plus locations. This role is designed for an active, producing agent who wants to continue closing deals while expanding their impact through team leadership.

Team leaders have access to a large internal database with thousands of active landlords, along with systems, tools, and operational support designed to help both individual agents and teams scale efficiently.
In this role, we handle the recruiting to help your team grow, allowing you to focus on coaching, leadership, production strategy, and closing transactions. This is not a managing broker or administrative role. It is a producing leadership position built around growth, accountability, and opportunity.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced agent who enjoys mentoring, leading by example, and growing alongside their team within an established brokerage that invests in its leaders.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions
- Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team
- Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law
- Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
- Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage
Qualifications:
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
