IT Support Analyst
Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for IT support via ticketing system, chat, email, and phone; resolve Tier I independently and Tier II with minimal guidance.
- Perform onboarding, offboarding, hardware deployment, and user access modifications per documented processes.
- Administer user and group management in Active Directory and Entra; assist with endpoint patch management and approved application updates.
- Conduct routine account audits and access reviews; maintain accurate SOPs and troubleshooting documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across legacy applications, SaaS platforms, workstations, servers, and network systems.
- Support infrastructure and platform teams during system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance windows.
Requirements
Required
- 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or technical support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 administration, and Active Directory / Entra fundamentals.
- Ability to follow and enforce documented processes and security controls in a regulated environment.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must pass background check.
Preferred
- Linux and/or macOS experience.
