Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, concerns, and mental health history, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy workshops, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to meet clients' specific needs.
- Work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful therapy goals, actively supporting them in working towards these objectives through positivity and encouragement.
- Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client progress and therapy sessions in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, to stay at the forefront of industry practices and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid LCMHC license in the State of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
