Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center North Andover, MA $35–$40/hour
We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This flexible role allows you to help residents regain independence while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist</li>
<li>Assist residents with ADLs, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and functional mobility</li>
<li>Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT</li>
<li>Monitor resident response and communicate progress to the therapy team</li>
<li>Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff</li>
<li>Complete accurate clinical documentation</li>

Qualifications:
