Schochet is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Chestnut Park Apartments, a 54-unit family apartment community located in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive, professional communication with residents, prospective residents, vendors, staff, retail tenants, and members of the surrounding community
- Oversee rent calculations, rent collections, delinquency notices, and subsidy collections
- Manage legal actions related to non-payment or lease compliance when necessary
- Assist with and/or oversee annual and interim resident recertifications, ensuring all are completed accurately and on time
- Support overall property management operations to ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong knowledge of local voucher programs and Tax Credit Affordable Housing regulations
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- COS or CPO certification a plus
Schedule:
- Part-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (some flexibility available)
