Position Overview

Be part of an amazing evening at one of Seaport's most luxurious destinations! We are seeking an individual to create a welcoming environment and provide a seamless check-in experience for a monthly magic show at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. Check-in host will also assist with a few other touchpoints to create an elevated and magical evening for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide event information, direct guests to the show and highlight hotel amenities.
Work with hotel staff to ensure proper set-up/tear down of check-in table, signage placement and support mood-setting elements to the show.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly and independently resolve guest issues with professionalism.
Reliable transportation

Work Schedule & Compensation

Compensation: $100 per evening

Hours: Hours may vary slightly by weekend. Support will be needed on a Friday & Saturday evening once a month (approx 5PM-10PM) at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.
