Next, preventative maintenance on a residential plumbing system—checking fixtures, inspecting lines, and advising the customer on long-term care. Throughout the day you troubleshoot, repair, and educate, backed by a responsive office team and field leadership that has your back.

What you will do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems in customers’ homes
- Perform assigned preventative maintenance to keep systems reliable
- Provide clear, friendly customer communication and options
- Document work performed and maintain a clean, professional workspace
Compensation & tools
- With our tools, resources, and training, technicians are able to make over $45 per hour
- Competitive base salary plus a bonus program that rewards hard work and great service—our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year

What you bring
- 5 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License — REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance, strong communication, and customer-first mindset
- Hard-working, motivated, and reliable
