Schedule
· Monday–Friday
· 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
· No late nights
· No retail-style interruptions
Key Responsibilities
· Review and verify prescriptions for LTC patients
· Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
· Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and care teams
· Oversee dispensing, cycle fills, and blister packaging processes
· Support medication safety and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications
· Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD)
· LTC experience preferred, but retail pharmacists encouraged to apply
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a team-based, structured environment
