Details of the Position:

<li>Role:&nbsp;Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, 1099)</li>

<li>A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat.</li>
</ul>
<li>Responsibilities:&nbsp;Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.</li>
<ul>
<li>Laptop and equipment provided</li>
</ul>
<li>Compensation:</li>
<ul>
<li>$90 per completed visit</li>
<li>Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 25 miles traveled daily</li>
</ul>
<li>Locations:&nbsp;Minimum coverage is 50 mile radius of home address</li>
